Code Disks
The OPTOLAB encoder discs are versatile, ultra precise code discs for rotary position sensors.
Whether incremental or absolute discs, this is your first choice when it comes to precision and performance. True lines on disc can be as small as 5 microns, equals 10.000 lines on a 42mm disc.
The standard grade of operating temperatures is ranging from -35°C up to +85°C. A continuous operating temperature -45°C up to +125°C is possible. A must-have for the high temperature modification is a evaluation with the customer.
With our own code disk manufacturing facility we can realise your own encoder disk, in a very short time. Please send use a basic specification where we can generate some first estimates and quotation.
For the optical Sensor we produce in house the grid equal the codedisk. If you have individually grid pattern, please send us your basic specification.
